The Teacher Can Zero Value, How Can

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com — based on the evaluation of the teacher competency test (UKG) first wave, there were a number of teachers who gain zero value. technical Constraints being the cause occurred allegedly this. However, the fact is the main cause? So, what other obstacles and how to overcome it?

The head of the Agency's human resource Development and Quality Assurance Education Educators (BPSDMP-PMP) Ministry of education and culture of Spain says, causes Gultom zero values are not identical due to the ability of his teacher. He exemplifies the, based on the record on the server, there are participants who log in just over two minutes.

"Zero value it happens because the teacher could have already logged into the system, a matter already open, but straight out didn't answer," said Spain, Tuesday (17/8/2012), at the Kemdikbud, Jakarta, Indonesia.

The second possibility, said Spain, after login, the teacher just read soal-soalnya, but did not answer. He explains, the system recognizes students who have completed the exam, do not complete the exams, or login then open problem, but did not answer.

The other case, there is a teacher of physical education and health (Penjaskes) which is listed as a classroom teacher. When logged in, a matter that comes out is a matter of a classroom teacher. The teacher then did not answer and out of the system.

Then, what about the teachers who experienced a case like this? According to Spain, they will be given the chance to take the exam in the second wave of UKG which began on October 2, 2012 release.

"If it can't be worked on the matter at all, it could be zero. but we are not sure there are teachers who are unable to work at all," he said.

Spain says, during the execution of the first wave of UKG, obstacles faced include technical and administrative constraints. Technical barriers, for example, on software installation in place competency test (TUK) to no avail. While constraints on data administration is likely to be the difference between a central server and local server TUK.
