JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com — plaintiff's Team of teachers competence test (UKG) came to the Supreme Court (MA), Jakarta, Wednesday (15/8/2012). Today, they submit files as a complement the suit they ask.
The team is composed of several elements of the plaintiff, i.e. the Federation of teachers ' Unions (FSGI) Indonesia, Indonesia's independent Teachers Federation (FGII), the legal aid Institute (LBH) Jakarta, Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW), and Education Coalition.
As for the material that is sued the Ministry of education and culture Rules (Permendikbud) No. 57/2012 through judicial review of UKG (testing materials) to MA. This dilayangkan through MA lawsuit because the material to its lawsuit under the Act, the regulation of the Minister.
The General Secretary of Listiyarti, Retno FSGI said after the lawsuit file submitted, then MA will learn the whole file. Furthermore, the MA will send a letter to the Government, in this case it is the Ministry of education and culture (Kemendikbud).
"So, will only reply-reply by mail. In this lawsuit would not have held a hearing, "said Retno.
Team plaintiff UKG is a group that since the beginning of very hard teacher competency test digelarnya rejected. Of the various discussions, they are dubbing the compact digelarnya boycott of UKG. The reason is quite a lot of, among others, due to the multiple choice questions with the UKG was judged unable to measure teacher quality, a weak legal basis, and the new policy was issued four days before the UKG was carried out.
